Spice it up

The pork sisig is a favorite Filipino dish. The process of making this dish takes a lot of patience. Every ingredient is chopped to small pieces including the ripe chilli pepper, locally known as "sili labuyo".


Bulalo is another Filipino favorite. Chili pepper is mixed upon preference. Chili used for this dish is locally known in Cebuano as "sili espada".


Here is a curry I have tried at an Indian restaurant. This was really really really spicy. I would say Indian curry is the most challenging curry.
